This full-time position at Harris Teeter involves preparing, processing, packaging, and stocking products in alignment with Starbucks standards. The role requires a hands-on approach to maintaining product quality and appearance, as well as ensuring that stock is well-organized and available for customer purchase. Besides product handling, the job includes providing exceptional customer service by engaging effectively with customers and assisting them with their needs. The associate will also be responsible for cleaning designated work areas to maintain hygiene and safety standards. Additional duties involve unloading deliveries and reloading salvage products carefully and efficiently according to the established standards.
