We are currently seeking a Full-Time Barista to join The MRKT team. This role is perfect for coffee enthusiasts who either have expertise working with espresso machines or are enthusiastic and eager to learn. The Barista will play an essential role in creating small moments of joy for guests, delivering exceptional service one cup at a time. The successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, especially during busy morning rush hours, while maintaining a friendly demeanor and meticulous organizational skills. Being a Full-Time position, the shift hours run from 6AM to 11PM, with a competitive pay rate of $19.00 per hour.

The ideal Barista will be passionate about delivering quality coffee and beverages with consistency and care, ensuring each guest experience is memorable. This role demands energy, positivity, and a proactive approach to customer service, not only crafting delicious drinks but also engaging with customers through genuine interactions.
