Job Requirements
- Previous barista or food service experience preferred, but not required
- comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- strong customer service skills and a positive attitude
- ability to multitask without breaking a sweat or spilling the latte
- flexible availability including mornings, weekends, and holidays
- must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs

- Prepare and serve coffee, espresso drinks, and other menu items with consistency and care
- deliver friendly, efficient service that keeps guests coming back
- maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked workspace
- operate POS system and handle transactions accurately
- follow food safety and sanitation standards at all times
- keep the vibe upbeat because coffee tastes better with good energy
