Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- One to three months related experience or training
- Ability to read and comprehend simple English instructions
- Ability to write simple English correspondence
- Ability to add and subtract using American money and weight measurements
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Capability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Completion of required company training
- Effective communication skills
- Willingness to participate in team activities and training
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience
- Completion of company training programs including food sanitation and safety
- IST or AST certification
- Ability to read, write, and comprehend English instructions
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Basic math skills including addition and subtraction
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Job Duties
- Prepare products according to Starbucks Standards
- Process and package products in compliance with company guidelines
- Stock products efficiently and accurately
- Provide excellent customer service
- Clean work areas to maintain hygiene
- Unload stock deliveries and organize inventory
- Reload salvage products following established procedures
