Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum six months experience in banquet settings
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively
- Basic math skills
- Possession of Missouri class E or Arkansas P designated driver’s license with a safe driving record
- Ability to work under direct supervision using established policies
- Physical ability to lift and move up to 100 pounds
- Ability to stand, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, and perform other physical activities as required
- Commitment to personal hygiene and sanitation standards
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Six months experience in banquets
- Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
- Ability to speak effectively before groups
- Basic mathematical skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
- Ability to apply common sense and follow written, oral, or diagram instructions
- Possession of Missouri class E or Arkansas P designated driver’s license with a safe driving record
- Ability to work well with a team and prioritize tasks
- Strong sense of urgency and concern for guest satisfaction
Job Duties
- Properly and safely operate dishwashing equipment to ensure clean and sanitary tableware at all times
- Wash and disinfect kitchen and storeroom areas, tables, tools, knives, and equipment
- Maintain personal hygiene and sanitation standards as per health department
- Follow food storage, handling, and preparation standards
- Adhere to established Ecosure standards
- Maintain cleanliness and safety of work environment including floor maintenance, trash removal, and equipment storage
- Safely handle and use chemicals for cleaning and sanitizing
- Set up and break down tables as needed
- Perform all other duties as assigned
