Job Duties
- Measuring mixing and preparing ingredients according to recipes and company standards
- Shaping cutting and baking dough to perfection
- Monitoring cooking times and maintaining proper heat and humidity for optimal results
- Conducting quality checks to ensure all products meet Whole Foods Market standards
- Logging temperature and sanitation checks to maintain compliance with health regulations
- Arriving on time dressed appropriately and ready to work for all scheduled shifts including attending necessary trainings
- Providing exceptional customer service responding to customer needs promptly and courteously
- Maximizing sales by effectively prepping storing and merchandising products
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
- Reporting any safety hazards and participating in maintaining workplace safety
- Carrying out additional tasks as assigned by management
