Full-Time Assistant Store Manager

As an Assistant Store Manager at ALDI, you will play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day management of one of our retail locations. This full-time position involves supervising daily store activities, ensuring the store meets performance goals, and managing staff schedules effectively. The typical workweek is approximately 38 hours, starting with a competitive wage of $25.50 per hour, increasing to $26.50 in the second year. The Assistant Store Manager will oversee crucial operational procedures such as inventory control, cash management, customer complaint resolution, and maintaining workplace safety and equipment functionality.
