Job Duties

  • Assist the direct leader with developing and implementing action plans to improve operating results

  • Identify and rectify hazards and maintain store equipment

  • Assist with maintaining proper stock levels through ordering
  • Merchandise products neatly to maximize sales
  • Ensure product quality, freshness, and signage accuracy
  • Assist with achieving store payroll and budget goals
  • Supervise day-to-day team operations and escalate issues as needed
  • Ensure timely completion of assigned responsibilities
  • Comply with company policies and uphold document confidentiality
  • Perform other duties as assigned
