Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- a minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in a retail environment

Job Duties
- Assists the direct leader with developing and implementing action plans to improve operating results
- establishes and communicates job responsibilities and performance expectations to their direct reports
- identifies training and development opportunities for direct reports
- understands and models the company strategy and core values
- monitors the competitive environment and informs the direct leader accordingly
- provides product feedback and recommendations
- participates in interviewing store personnel
- communicates weekly information and milestones
- ensures adherence to inventory, product handling, and cash control policies
- resolves operational customer concerns in the leader’s absence
- identifies hazards and maintains store equipment
- maintains store cleanliness and signage
- assists with product ordering and merchandising
- ensures product quality and freshness
- helps achieve payroll and loss budgets
- supervises day-to-day team operations and escalates issues
- ensures direct reports complete responsibilities effectively
- complies with company policies and confidentiality requirements
- performs other duties as assigned
