The role demands a hands-on approach, with physical activities such as stocking merchandise and managing store equipment, requiring strength and agility. Candidates should have a minimum of three years of progressive retail experience, with prior management experience preferred, and possess superior communication, organizational, and team development skills. ALDI values diversity and inclusivity, providing equal employment opportunities and a supportive workplace culture.

In addition to a competitive wage, ALDI offers an attractive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision insurance, a 401(k) plan with company matching contributions, and generous paid time off.
