Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in restaurant or hospitality roles preferred
- Ability to multitask and stay organized
- Good physical stamina for standing and moving during shifts
- Availability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Strong attention to detail
- Commitment to upholding family-friendly environment standards
Job Qualifications
- Valid TABC certification
- Food handlers certification
- Knowledge of basic food and beverage menu
- Experience with POS systems
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Customer service orientation
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Job Duties
- Ensure smooth flow of service from kitchen to guests
- Accurately take and enter food and beverage orders into POS
- Monitor guest preferences and requests closely
- Maintain cleanliness and set up of restaurant to meet standards
- Track and claim tips and assist with shift-end reporting
- Communicate openly with management and team for process improvement
- Demonstrate commitment to company culture and mission
