Since being named to FORTUNE Magazine's 100 Best Companies to Work For list every year since 2014, this iconic restaurant company operates 353 restaurants across the United States and Canada, including its flagship brand, The Cheesecake Factory, as well as North Italia, Flower Child, and a diverse collection of other innovative restaurant concepts. Internationally, The Cheesecake Factory's presence extends to 34 restaurants operating under licensing agreements. Additionally, the company maintains a robust bakery division with two production facilities, supplying quality cheesecakes and baked goods not only for its own establishments but also for international partners and third-party customers.

The Cheesecake Factory is dedicated to providing an inclusive work environment and offers reasonable accommodations to job applicants with disabilities, reflecting its commitment to equal opportunity employment. The company stands out for its comprehensive employee benefits, competitive wages, and its recognition as an employer that values both personal and professional growth.

As a Busser at The Cheesecake Factory, you will play a vital role in creating a memorable dining experience for every guest by ensuring the dining rooms remain clean, organized, and ready for service. This is a high-volume, full-service restaurant environment where speed, efficiency, and a strong sense of urgency are essential. Busser team members support servers, bartenders, and hosts by quickly clearing and resetting tables to maintain a smooth flow of service while reinforcing the warm, welcoming atmosphere that guests expect.

This position offers steady hours with flexible scheduling to accommodate both full-time and part-time availability, making it an excellent opportunity for individuals seeking a balance between work and life commitments. Employees enjoy generous discounts on meals during shifts and when dining with friends and family, providing additional value and an engaging workplace culture.

The Cheesecake Factory invests heavily in its employees through world-class training programs designed to foster both personal and professional development. There are opportunities to pursue educational advancement with no-cost GED or Associate Degree programs, highlighting the company’s commitment to lifelong learning and career growth.

Along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, and prescription coverage options, the company offers medical insurance starting at an affordable rate per pay period. Access to virtual care and no-cost online mental health services supports the wellness of employees, reflecting a holistic approach to health and well-being.

Perks extend beyond traditional benefits with discounts on cell phones, gym memberships, movies, and theme park admissions. The Cheesecake Factory also supports employees during times of need through its HELP Fund (Hardship and Emergency Lifeline Program), demonstrating care and concern beyond the workplace.

Community involvement and charity events present employees with meaningful ways to give back and connect with the local community. In their role, Bussers will also learn valuable teamwork and communication skills by collaborating closely with the front-of-house team to promptly respond to guest requests and maintain an inviting atmosphere.

This role is ideal for those with previous restaurant, hospitality, or food service industry experience, though a willingness to learn and a team-oriented attitude are highly valued.
