We are currently seeking full-time and part-time housekeepers to join our dedicated team. The full-time schedule is Sunday through Thursday, 9 am to 5 pm, while part-time hours cover Sunday through Thursday, 3:30 pm to 7:30 pm. In this role, housekeepers are vital to maintaining a clean, safe, and sanitary community for residents, associates, and visitors alike. Responsibilities include thorough cleaning of assigned resident apartments and common areas, laundering towels, bed linens, and residents’ laundry, and ensuring the upkeep of resident apartments meets the company’s high standards.

This position requires attention to detail, pride in one’s work, and a commitment to creating a healthy and pleasant environment. Housekeepers work closely with supervisors to schedule cleaning tasks and must follow best practices for handling biohazardous waste safely. Job Requirements

  • A high school diploma or GED is preferred

Job Duties

  • Thoroughly cleans all assigned resident apartments as scheduled by the supervisor including bathrooms, kitchen, and floors
  • wipes countertops and mirrors
  • sterilizes floors
  • vacuums all exposed areas completely including edges
  • empties and rinses wastebaskets
  • washes inside of windows as needed
  • cleans all common areas according to standards including elevators, halls, landings, stairs, resident activity areas, lobbies, and model units
  • maintains a clean laundry room in an orderly manner and stores chemicals according to product or supervisor instruction
