- High school diploma or equivalent
- must be able to read and write in English
- follow directions orally and in writing in English
- communicate effectively with residents and staff
- experience as a server in a full-service restaurant
- possess basic math skills
- operate a point-of-sale system
- availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- pass pre-employment screening
- eligibility to work in the United States

Job Duties
- Take resident orders
- make recommendations about menu items to residents and guests
- deliver food with a pleasant demeanor and ensure guests/residents are served timely
- set up tables and provide friendly, responsive service to create an exceptional dining experience for residents
