The Concierge will be responsible for monitoring security through CCTV systems, reporting all activities and incidents to management, and maintaining open communication with homeowners via phone or email regarding property inquiries. This role demands excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with residents and stakeholders.

Positions are available as both full-time and part-time, offering flexible scheduling options including weekend availability. The hourly pay rate ranges between $15.00 and $16.00, reflecting the company’s commitment to fair compensation.
