Job Requirements
- High school education or equivalent experience
- At least one year of food service or related work experience
- Ability to work well as part of a team
- Effective communication skills
- Physical capability to lift up to 70 lbs, bend, kneel, and stand for extended periods
- Willingness to work in varying temperature environments
- Availability to work scheduled shifts including weekends and holidays
- Compliance with safety and sanitation regulations
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Prepare food items in accordance with production requirements and quality standards
- Maintain a safe, sanitary work environment
- Complete opening and closing checklists
- Portion and cook food products according to standard recipes and portion sizes
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations and kitchen equipment
- Report food quality or equipment issues promptly to the chef on duty
- Comply with nutrition, sanitation regulations, and safety standards
