Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older to carry alcoholic beverages
- clean, neat appearance with good personal hygiene at all times
- ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- ability to stand for up to four hours
- ability to work in hot and noisy kitchen environments
- ability to reach across counter tops measured at 36 inches
- ability to prepare hot and cold foods and use kitchen equipment
- availability to work flexible schedules
- must meet all eligibility requirements for offered benefits
Job Qualifications
- High school graduate
- restaurant experience a plus
- ability to communicate fluently with guests
- courteous and enthusiastic communication style

Job Duties
- Greet guests in a timely, friendly, and professional manner
- explain menu offerings and specials to guests
- recommend seasonal menu items and suggestive sell additional food and drinks
- collaborate with kitchen staff to accommodate special dietary requests
- ensure timely and accurate delivery of food and beverages
- engage guests in friendly conversation to enhance their dining experience
- maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the dining area throughout the shift
- process guest payments accurately using company procedures
- assist bussers and other servers during busy periods
- perform opening and closing duties for dining room and workstations as needed
