Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older to carry alcoholic beverages
  • clean, neat appearance with good personal hygiene at all times
  • ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • ability to stand for up to four hours
  • ability to work in hot and noisy kitchen environments
  • ability to reach across counter tops measured at 36 inches
  • ability to prepare hot and cold foods and use kitchen equipment
  • availability to work flexible schedules
  • must meet all eligibility requirements for offered benefits

Job Qualifications

  • High school graduate
  • restaurant experience a plus
  • ability to communicate fluently with guests
  • courteous and enthusiastic communication style
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • strong verbal communication skills
  • ability to adapt to changing priorities
  • effective conflict management skills

Job Duties

  • Greet guests in a timely, friendly, and professional manner
  • explain menu offerings and specials to guests
  • recommend seasonal menu items and suggestive sell additional food and drinks
  • collaborate with kitchen staff to accommodate special dietary requests
  • ensure timely and accurate delivery of food and beverages
  • engage guests in friendly conversation to enhance their dining experience
  • maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the dining area throughout the shift
  • process guest payments accurately using company procedures
  • assist bussers and other servers during busy periods
  • perform opening and closing duties for dining room and workstations as needed
