The Valet Attendant role at Indigo One, LLC is a vital position aimed at ensuring the utmost safety and care of guest vehicles alongside delivering exemplary guest service. This role requires a professional who can handle both the operational and interpersonal demands of valet services. Beyond the physical handling of vehicles, the Valet Attendant serves as a front-line ambassador of the hotel, greeting guests warmly and assisting with various needs such as arranging transportation and providing directions or information about local attractions. They must maintain composure in high-pressure situations and work effectively outdoors in varying weather conditions. This role is not only about driving skills but also about communication, safety awareness, and a strong commitment to guest satisfaction.
The position generally requires the candidate to be at least 25 years of age, possess a valid driver’s license with a clean Motor Vehicle Record, and have at least one year of driving experience. High school education or equivalent is required, and previous experience in hotels or related fields is preferred. Indigo One, LLC requires attendants to uphold a polished personal appearance, wear the proper uniform, and adhere strictly to company standards and safety regulations.

The company offers a comprehensive benefits package after a 90-day introductory period, including paid time off, paid vacations, eligibility for medical, dental, and vision coverage, paid holidays, and special team member benefits tied to IHG affiliation.
Indigo One, LLC fosters a supportive work environment where employees are expected to maintain professional standards, exhibit excellent communication skills, and contribute to a collaborative atmosphere.
