Job Duties

  • Supervise front desk operations to ensure smooth check-ins, check-outs, and guest service delivery
  • lead and support team members through coaching, training, and daily guidance
  • resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty
  • monitor room assignments, special requests, and VIP accommodations for accuracy
  • maintain compliance with cash handling, billing, and operational procedures
  • collaborate with housekeeping, engineering, and other departments for seamless guest experiences
  • uphold the polished, guest-focused atmosphere that defines the Hyatt Regency New Orleans
