Job Duties
- Sincerely greet and thank each guest
- Determine guest needs, provide information on seating status, take names and quote wait times accurately
- Takes and completes orders while accurately utilizing the POS system
- Knowledge of all menu items, prices, coupons and specials
- Assist in the service and delivery of the food
- Completes all shift side work requirements
- Continuously maintains a neat, clean, organized, safe, and comfortable environment for our guests and employees
- Responsible for clearing, cleaning, and resetting the tables
