Job Requirements

Minimum shift length of 4 hours or more based on business needs
ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
ability to stand for 55 percent of the shift and walk for 45 percent
maximum static pull of 20 pounds
adherence to company safety regulations and personal protective equipment requirements

Authorized to work in the U.S.
valid identification
ability to read, write, and communicate effectively
completion of a 60-day introductory probationary period
physical ability to meet ergonomic and job-specific base scores
ability to safely use or learn to use equipment and tools required for the job
ability to perform all job functions safely
meet company performance standards including regular attendance
willingness to wear assigned clothing and shoes approved for the job
preferred one year of work experience or technical training

Job Duties

Review work schedule and prepare equipment and supplies at the start of the shift
assemble and mix ingredients, place mixes on trays, put trays in racks, push racks to the oven, and bake goods
package and wrap baked goods, print and apply labels, clean display cases, and restock fresh goods
clean and sanitize work surfaces, tools, equipment, display cases, floors, and counters
track and record product loss
