Job Requirements
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
- must have valid identification
- must be able to read, write, and communicate to complete job duties satisfactorily and comply with policies and safety regulations
- must be 18 years of age
- must complete the company introductory probationary period of 60 days
- must meet the ergonomic and physical requirements and physical base scores for this position
- must be able to use or learn to use the equipment and tools needed
- must be able to perform all job functions safely
- must meet the company performance standards including regular attendance
- must agree to wear proper assigned clothes and shoes approved for the job
- 1 year of work experience or technical training preferred
- must complete the in-house forklift-training program
- shift hours require a minimum of 8-hour shifts depending on business needs
- ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- standing 55% of the time and walking 45% of the time
- able to pull a static weight of up to 20 pounds
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Review work schedule at shift start
- check equipment and supplies for tasks
- comply with personal protective equipment requirements
- enter orders and schedule work
- supervise and train team members
- receive, store, and stock items
- check product dates and update pricing
- assemble and mix ingredients for baking
- place mixes on trays and bake goods
- package and wrap baked items
- print and apply labels
- maintain cleanliness of display cases
- clean and sanitize work surfaces, tools, equipment, floors, and counters
