Job Requirements

  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
  • must have valid identification
  • must be able to read, write, and communicate to complete job duties satisfactorily and comply with policies and safety regulations
  • must be 18 years of age
  • must complete the company introductory probationary period of 60 days
  • must meet the ergonomic and physical requirements and physical base scores for this position
  • must be able to use or learn to use the equipment and tools needed
  • must be able to perform all job functions safely
  • must meet the company performance standards including regular attendance
  • must agree to wear proper assigned clothes and shoes approved for the job
  • 1 year of work experience or technical training preferred
  • must complete the in-house forklift-training program
  • shift hours require a minimum of 8-hour shifts depending on business needs
  • ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
  • standing 55% of the time and walking 45% of the time
  • able to pull a static weight of up to 20 pounds

Job Qualifications

  • Authorized to work in the U.S.

Job Duties

  • Review work schedule at shift start
  • check equipment and supplies for tasks
  • comply with personal protective equipment requirements
  • enter orders and schedule work
  • supervise and train team members
  • receive, store, and stock items
  • check product dates and update pricing
  • assemble and mix ingredients for baking
  • place mixes on trays and bake goods
  • package and wrap baked items
  • print and apply labels
  • maintain cleanliness of display cases
  • clean and sanitize work surfaces, tools, equipment, floors, and counters
