The Food Service Driver also manages inventory levels to balance supply availability with minimal waste. This is a full-time, hourly position starting at $14 per hour, with compensation commensurate with experience. The job involves traveling between multiple campuses as required, and includes key tasks such as assisting with cleaning and sanitation, using thermometers to monitor food temperatures, and participating in ongoing training and development activities. Job Duties

  • Oversee the preparation and distribution of on-site and outbound meals to campuses
  • Serve as the point of contact for meal preparation and service at the assigned central kitchen
  • Ensure meals are prepared, distributed, and served following standardized recipes and observing HACCP guidelines
  • Maintain minimal inventory levels but ensure adequate supplies for the service and storing of foodservice goods
  • Maintain accurate counts and records of food prepared, offered, served, discarded, and left over
  • Follow policies and procedures for batch cooking, holding, and serving food, portioning, and serving items
  • Maintain a clean and organized work and storage area
