The role of a Full Time Lovesac Sales Associate is crucial in bringing our vision to life in retail locations. This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about building strong customer relationships, dedicated to providing extraordinary experiences, and eager to motivate and influence peers. As a sales associate, you will be the face of the brand, creating welcoming and engaging in-store environments. You will assist customers in designing products that perfectly fit their style and space, turning their vision into a tangible reality.

Job Requirements
- 18 years of age or older
- High-school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years experience in retail sales or customer service role
- Able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays
- Able to effectively utilize technology for sales and customer support
- Support Lovesac's omnichannel customer experience by assisting in-person at home store, local stores and third-party vendors
- Must be able to travel as required by the company to stores, vendors and for meetings
- Demonstrate excellent judgment, integrity and trustworthiness in managing financial transactions and handling sensitive business and customer data
- Must be able to move medium to large furniture items up to 75 pounds
- Must be physically able to perform actions including bending, twisting, kneeling, reaching, standing, stooping, walking, crawling and climbing
- Exemplify Lovesac values at all times and be results driven
- Must comply with all company policies and work collaboratively with colleagues and clients
- Must be able to travel using various forms of transportation for meetings and conferences
- Must comply with background check requirements where applicable
Job Qualifications
- High-school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years experience in retail sales or customer service role

Job Duties
- Act as a role model on the team by consistently and expertly engaging with customers and demonstrating the behaviors, sales techniques and customer service standards to build brand loyalty
- Lead by example through exceptional client engagement, proactive selling and a commitment to achieving sales goals while fostering a positive team environment
- Guide the customer from first interest to purchase focusing on managing quotes, closing the sale, and maintaining relationships
- Collaborate with team members to review open customer quotes, follow up with customers to drive conversion while ensuring a seamless sales experience
- Champion new company initiatives, including products and promotions, to drive adoption, engagement and sales performance
- Consistently achieve personal sales goals and key performance indicators while inspiring and influencing others to reach their own goals through collaboration, motivation and leading by example
- Demonstrate strong product knowledge, effectively demo, assist, and educate customers
- Proactively conduct and model effective customer outreach using company tools and communication methods
- Quickly identify and resolve customer issues, ensuring a positive shopping experience
- Maintain a welcoming and visually appealing store by following visual merchandising standards
- Support store operations including opening and closing, inventory, exchanges, marketing, promotions, and ensuring adherence to company standards
- Utilize company tools, sales data and reports to prioritize tasks and support daily operations
- Follow company policies and procedures to ensure standards, minimize risks, and maintain safety in the store
- Assist store management with service or operational functions and other duties as assigned by management
