Job Requirements
- 18 years of age or older
- High-school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years experience in retail sales or customer service role
- Able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays
- Able to effectively utilize technology for sales and customer support including product demonstrations and CRM systems
- Support Lovesac's omni-channel customer experience by assisting in-person at home store, local stores and third-party vendors
- Must be able to travel as required by the company to local stores, vendors and for occasional meetings
- Demonstrate excellent judgment, integrity and trustworthiness managing financial transactions and sensitive customer data
- Effective communication skills with ability to manage conflict reasonably
- Must be able to move medium to large furniture items up to 75 pounds
- Must be able to perform physical activities including bending, twisting, kneeling, reaching, standing, stooping, walking, crawling and climbing

- Must comply with company policies and work collaboratively treating clients with dignity and respect
Job Qualifications
- High-school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years experience in retail sales or customer service
- Proven ability to engage customers and meet sales goals
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work productively both independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with technology for sales support including CRM and product demonstration

- Understanding of inventory and merchandising standards

Job Duties
- Act as a role model by engaging with customers and demonstrating sales techniques and customer service standards
- Lead by example through client engagement, proactive selling, and achieving sales goals while fostering team positivity
- Guide customers from interest to purchase, managing quotes, closing sales, and maintaining relationships
- Collaborate with team to review customer quotes and follow up for conversions ensuring smooth sales
- Champion new company initiatives to drive adoption and sales performance
- Consistently achieve personal sales targets and inspire peers to meet goals through collaboration and motivation
- Demonstrate strong product knowledge to effectively demo, assist, and educate customers
- Conduct proactive customer outreach using company tools and communication methods
- Resolve customer issues quickly to ensure positive shopping experiences
- Maintain welcoming and visually appealing stores following merchandising standards
- Support store operations including opening and closing, inventory management, exchanges, marketing, and promotions
- Utilize sales data, reports and company tools to prioritize tasks and support daily operations
- Follow company policies to maintain standards, minimize risk, and ensure store safety
- Assist store management with service and operational functions
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
