Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in customer service or administrative roles
  • strong written and verbal communication skills
  • ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced environment
  • reliable and punctual
  • ability to work Monday through Friday 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM EST
  • self-motivated with a career-minded attitude

Job Qualifications

  • Previous customer service or administrative experience in a high-volume environment
  • strong organizational skills
  • excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • ability to work collaboratively in a team setting
  • bilingual skills are a plus
  • proficient with basic computer applications and phone systems
  • friendly and professional demeanor

Job Duties

  • Greet and welcome customers and visitors with a professional and friendly demeanor
  • manage front desk operations including answering phones and directing calls
  • schedule appointments and coordinate customer inquiries
  • maintain a clean and organized reception area
  • assist with administrative support tasks such as data entry and filing
  • communicate effectively with team members and customers to enhance service delivery
  • handle customer service issues promptly and efficiently
