Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in customer service or administrative roles
- strong written and verbal communication skills
- ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced environment
- reliable and punctual
- ability to work Monday through Friday 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM EST
- self-motivated with a career-minded attitude

- Previous customer service or administrative experience in a high-volume environment
- strong organizational skills
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to work collaboratively in a team setting
- bilingual skills are a plus
- proficient with basic computer applications and phone systems

Job Duties
- Greet and welcome customers and visitors with a professional and friendly demeanor
- manage front desk operations including answering phones and directing calls
- schedule appointments and coordinate customer inquiries
- maintain a clean and organized reception area
- assist with administrative support tasks such as data entry and filing
- communicate effectively with team members and customers to enhance service delivery
- handle customer service issues promptly and efficiently
