Job Requirements

  • Education or training in culinary arts preferred
  • Minimum 5 years of private chef experience
  • Demonstrated ability to manage pantry and inventory
  • Flexibility to work long hours, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong attention to detail and food safety
  • Ability to respond quickly to changing needs
  • Must have personal transportation
  • Eligibility to work in the United States

Job Qualifications

  • Proven experience as private chef in private household or high-end hospitality environment
  • Strong knowledge of diverse cuisines, ingredients, and cooking techniques
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • High-energy, adaptable, and service-driven mindset
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks
  • Strong verbal communication skills
  • Reliable personal transportation
  • Willingness to perform additional duties as assigned by management

Job Duties

  • Plan, prepare, and execute daily meals for principals and local family members
  • Design seasonal menus tailored to preferences and dietary needs
  • Oversee menu preparation and execution for meals and events
  • Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation
  • Manage pantry operations including sourcing, ordering, and stocking
  • Oversee beverage inventory including alcoholic and non-alcoholic selections
  • Plan and coordinate private dinners and special events
