Job Requirements

- Previous experience in a similar culinary role preferred
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Inspect all preparations and dishes ahead of serving to ensure they meet quality and presentation standards
- Keep food service stations stocked and sanitary while following proper food handling, storage, and safety protocols
- Manage multiple tickets and orders at once, assist with training, and step in for minor supervisory duties as needed
- Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations
