We are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Cook to join our team at Embassy Suites by Hilton. This role involves preparing and presenting high-quality dishes that meet the hotel's exacting standards, thereby contributing to an outstanding guest and member experience. The Line Cook will play a crucial role in kitchen operations, ensuring that all mise-en-place is thoroughly prepared and maintaining impeccable hygiene standards. Availability for morning and/or evening shifts is required to provide flexibility in meeting the hotel’s operational needs.

Job Requirements

  • Must be available for either morning hours and/or evening hours when needed

Job Duties

  • Prepare and present high-quality dishes within company guidelines
  • keep all working areas clean and tidy and ensure no cross contamination
  • prepare all mise-en-place for all relevant menus
  • assist other departments wherever necessary and maintain good working relationships
  • report maintenance, hygiene and hazard issues
  • comply with hotel security, fire regulations and all health and safety and food safety legislation
  • understand departmental targets and strive to achieve them as part of the team
