Job Duties

  • Greet and welcome guests in a warm and professional manner
  • respond to client inquiries and requests promptly and effectively
  • assist with check-in and check-out processes as needed
  • handle guest complaints or issues with professionalism and tact
  • manage and organize incoming and outgoing deliveries, packages, and messages
  • maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming concierge area
  • provide administrative support as needed, including assisting sales and activity directors with their requests
  • uphold the company’s standards for customer service and hospitality
