The available position is for a Pediatric Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) in Spark Pediatrics’ Medical Daycare. This is an immediate opening and offers an exciting opportunity to work in a blend role that incorporates medical care, childcare, and educational activities. The role directly supports children from birth through 21 years who require nursing interventions to address physical and developmental challenges. Operating hours are from 6 AM to 6 PM, Monday through Friday, with potential Saturday shifts as needed. Working in a fast-paced, outpatient setting, the Pediatric CNA/HHA will be an integral part of a multidisciplinary team, providing compassionate, patient-focused care, engaging children in growth-promoting activities, and supporting families with loving guidance. This position offers a $3000 sign-on bonus and includes various comprehensive benefits. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- completion of CNA program
- one year of professional experience in the care of infants and toddlers
- current Florida HHA or CNA license is required
- BLS certification is required
- knowledge of home healthcare regulations, policies, and procedures
- ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with staff and stakeholders
- robust interpersonal and communication skills
