The role of Bartender at SHG is a dynamic and service-oriented position designed for individuals who thrive in fast-paced, customer-facing environments. As a Bartender, your responsibilities will include ensuring the bar is appropriately stocked with all necessary ingredients such as liquor, juices, and mixers, maintaining cleanliness and sanitation of glassware and utensils, verifying the legal drinking age of guests, preparing drinks according to high standards and guest preferences, and managing transactions efficiently. This role also requires monitoring guest consumption to prevent overindulgence, providing attentive and engaging service that exceeds expectations, and maintaining the security and proper storage of bar assets including beverages and cash deposits.
