Job Requirements
- Experience in customer service, retail, or hospitality roles preferred but not required
- Ability to use a POS system and handle cash transactions
- Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Frequent walking, bending, reaching, and twisting required
- Commitment to the company’s One Dove principles including kindness, respect, deliciousness, efficiency, and cleanliness
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Experience in customer service or hospitality is a plus but not required
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for hospitality, service, and coffee
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Willingness to learn and adapt quickly
Job Duties
- Engage with customers and take orders with genuine connection
- Create consistent, high-quality coffee drinks and beverages
- Manage your station and shift responsibly while maintaining positive energy
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café space
- Support teammates and assist where needed to optimize operations
- Bring positive and uplifting energy to every shift
- Adhere to company standards for hospitality and customer service
