We are currently looking for a dedicated and motivated Full-Time Barback to join our esteemed team at the Olympic Bar within the Fairmont Olympic Hotel. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of the bar by supporting bartenders, maintaining the bar’s cleanliness, and delivering outstanding guest service. The barback plays a critical role in the overall guest experience by anticipating the needs of the bar staff and facilitating efficient service.

This position offers an hourly wage of $22.66 plus tips, making it an attractive opportunity for individuals passionate about hospitality and eager to grow within a world-class hotel environment. The ideal candidate for the barback position will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering exceptional service. Although previous experience as a barback or in a similar role is preferred, the hotel is willing to train the right candidate who demonstrates enthusiasm and commitment. This role requires flexibility to work during evenings, weekends, and holidays to meet the demands of the hospitality industry. Valid authorization to work in the USA, a Food Handlers Card, and a MAST permit are mandatory for employment in this role.
