The Bakery Associate role at Hannaford is an essential position within the retail operations team, particularly focused on the bakery department located at the 21A Essex Way store in Essex Junction, Vermont. This is a part-time or full-time hourly position with a salary range of $16.00 to $22.30 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications. The Bakery Associate is responsible for preparing, proofing, baking, and displaying a variety of baked goods such as rolls, desserts, cakes, muffins, bagels, coffees, and platters. In addition to baking responsibilities, the associate assists in maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment while following all company sanitation and food safety standards.

This role requires excellent communication skills and teamwork, as the Bakery Associate frequently collaborates with other team members and participates in training and special projects. Adhering to company policies, safety guidelines, and productivity standards is crucial to success in this position.
