Job Requirements
- Meet minimum age requirements
- ability to use computers and other communication systems
- meet established volume activity standards
- perform repetitive hand/arm motions while standing or walking
- lift up to 30 pounds frequently, and up to 40 pounds occasionally

Job Duties
- Lead department operations in absence of management
- comply with company policies, procedures, and government regulations
- utilize retail store systems including productivity management and scheduling
- treat co-workers with fairness, dignity, and respect
- meet or exceed management planning guidelines
- develop product knowledge of bakery items
- assist in training associates
- maintain neat personal appearance
- maintain communication within the department and organization
- support company safety standards and report equipment issues
- keep work area free from debris and safety hazards
- observe and maintain sanitation and food safety standards
- perform all other duties as assigned
