Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- at least six months experience in housekeeping or cleaning
- proven leadership or supervisory experience
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to read, write, and speak English fluently
- strong multitasking and organizational skills
- demonstrated attention to detail
- proficiency with relevant housekeeping technology
- availability to work weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- Six months experience in a housekeeping or cleaning role
- proven supervisory or leadership experience
- strong communication and interpersonal skills including bilingual ability as a plus
- ability to read, write, and speak English fluently
- ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
- keen attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness
- proficiency with housekeeping software and systems
- flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- Supervise and coordinate housekeeping activities including room cleaning, public area maintenance, and laundry operations
- train, motivate, and mentor housekeeping team to deliver exceptional service
- conduct inspections to ensure adherence to cleanliness and quality standards
- collaborate with other departments to meet guest expectations and address issues
- maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
- assist in scheduling and coordinating staff shifts
- handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints promptly and professionally
- uphold safety and sanitation standards ensuring a healthy work environment
