Job Duties

  • Preparing fried items and sandwiches to order
  • grilling meats for both Front Line and To-Go stations
  • communicating with the team to keep service running smoothly
  • supporting all kitchen and service teammates during busy hours
  • prep fried items and maintain quality during service
  • communicate sandwich orders from Front Line and To-Go
  • know menu items and ingredient details
  • follow proper portioning and food safety standards
  • use kitchen equipment and knives safely
  • assist guests and meet any special requests
  • greet guests with energy and positivity
  • build and complete orders accurately and efficiently
  • offer menu suggestions and samples when appropriate
