Job Duties
- Preparing fried items and sandwiches to order
- grilling meats for both Front Line and To-Go stations
- communicating with the team to keep service running smoothly
- supporting all kitchen and service teammates during busy hours
- prep fried items and maintain quality during service
- communicate sandwich orders from Front Line and To-Go
- know menu items and ingredient details
- follow proper portioning and food safety standards
- use kitchen equipment and knives safely
- assist guests and meet any special requests
- greet guests with energy and positivity
- build and complete orders accurately and efficiently
- offer menu suggestions and samples when appropriate
