Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous kitchen or cooking experience preferred
Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
Physical capability to stand for long periods and perform kitchen tasks
Willingness to relocate to Atlanta, GA
Strong work ethic and positive attitude
Valid work authorization

Job Qualifications

Proven experience as a line cook or similar role
Knowledge of culinary techniques and food safety standards
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen

Job Duties

Prepare and cook menu items according to Joey D'S Oak Room standards
Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly kitchen environment
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and high-quality food preparation
Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
Assist in training and mentoring junior kitchen staff
Manage inventory and ensure proper storage of ingredients
Support team efforts to deliver exceptional guest experiences
