Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to follow recipe procedures
- Must be able to stand or walk for up to 8 hours during shifts
- Ability to carry and safely maneuver up to 50 lbs
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to operate kitchen equipment safely
- Team player mindset
Job Qualifications
- Friendly, dependable and team oriented
- Thinks and acts quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Experience is a plus, but not required
- Willing to learn and follow recipes accurately
- Good communication skills
- Ability to stand or walk for extended periods
- Ability to work flexible schedules
- Basic knowledge of kitchen equipment use
Job Duties
- Properly learn and execute recipe procedures
- Deep fry fresh and frozen food accurately and in a timely manner
- Keep food orders flowing continuously from the kitchen
- Communicate ticket times to team members and management when needed
- Complete assigned prep work to stock and set up stations
- Ability to use knives, slicers, mixers, grinders, food processors, etc.
- Help fellow team members when appropriate
- Able to walk or stand 100% (up to 8 hours) of shift, able to carry and safely maneuver up to 50 lbs
- Maintain cleanliness throughout kitchen and restaurant to company standards
