Job Requirements

Must be 16 or older
Commitment to continuous learning and growth
Able to remain calm and communicate effectively during stressful situations
Able to hear, see and speak
Maintain a clean and professional appearance
Able to stand or walk up to eight hours at a time
Able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous experience in a kitchen or food service setting is a plus
Ability to learn quickly and follow instructions
Strong communication skills
Team player mindset
Commitment to food safety and cleanliness
Willingness to develop cooking skills including wok cooking and sushi preparation
