Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Manage yields and quality ensuring each order of fries is properly sized and standing tall
  • Manage the quality of each order of fries by controlling levels in a manner that allows for proper cook and serving times
  • Manage levels of available product
  • Manage the grease levels and quality
  • Maintain a safe, sanitized and high functioning fry station
  • Work collaboratively with team members to meet peak-shift demands
  • Follow established safety and hygiene protocols to ensure food quality and customer safety
