Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Manage yields and quality ensuring each order of fries is properly sized and standing tall
- Manage the quality of each order of fries by controlling levels in a manner that allows for proper cook and serving times
- Manage levels of available product
- Manage the grease levels and quality
- Maintain a safe, sanitized and high functioning fry station
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet peak-shift demands
- Follow established safety and hygiene protocols to ensure food quality and customer safety
