The role of the Afternoon Froster / Assistant Baker at Nothing Bundt Cakes is critical to the bakery's operation. This position supports the bakery by ensuring the precise preparation and frosting of cakes according to established standards. The Froster is entrusted with creating frosting, maintaining cleanliness and sanitation at the frosting station, and ensuring timely production of cakes for walk-in guests, pre-orders, and marketing displays. Additionally, as an Assistant Baker, this role involves assisting the lead baker in baking cakes of various sizes and flavors, maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the baking area, and managing inventory effectively. The successful candidate will be involved in multiple daily tasks including washing dishes, cleaning the bakery, inventory tracking, and packaging products.
