Job Requirements
- 1+ years' experience in a guest-facing fine dining restaurant role
- Keen understanding of Michelin-starred service and world-class hospitality
- English fluency
- Ability to stand or walk for long periods of time
- Ability to balance and carry multiple plates glass racks and or glasses
- Ability to lift objects up to 30 lbs
Job Qualifications
- 1+ years' experience in a guest-facing fine dining restaurant role
- Keen understanding of Michelin-starred service and world-class hospitality
- English fluency with additional languages preferred but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Excellent attention to detail
Job Duties
- Consistently support a culture of Enlightened Hospitality
- Demonstrate expertise of all food and beverage menu items with sound knowledge of all ingredients and preparations
- Consistently follow steps of service with efficiency and grace while maintaining a sense of urgency throughout service
- Anticipate guest needs ensuring constant communication with colleagues management and the kitchen at all times during service
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and appearance throughout all areas of the restaurant before during and after service
- Demonstrate eagerness to continue to learn and grow
- Act as a leader on the floor providing warm and attentive hospitality
