The Modern is currently seeking Front Waiters to join its exceptional team. Job Requirements
- 1+ years experience in a guest-facing, fine dining restaurant role
- Knowledge of Michelin-starred service and world-class hospitality
- Ability to stand or walk for long periods of time
- Ability to balance and carry multiple plates, glass racks, or glasses
- Ability to lift objects up to 30 lbs
- English fluency
Job Qualifications
- 1+ years experience in a guest-facing, fine dining restaurant role
- Keen understanding of Michelin-starred service and world-class hospitality
- English fluency, additional languages preferred but not required
- Ability to stand or walk for long periods of time
- Ability to balance and carry multiple plates, glass racks, or glasses, and lift objects up to 30 lbs
Job Duties
- Consistently support a culture of Enlightened Hospitality
- Demonstrate expertise of all food and beverage menu items with sound knowledge of all ingredients and preparations
- Consistently follow steps of service with efficiency and grace while maintaining a sense of urgency
- Anticipate guest needs ensuring constant communication with colleagues, management, and kitchen during service
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and appearance throughout the restaurant before, during, and after service
