Job Requirements

  • 1+ years experience in a guest-facing, fine dining restaurant role
  • Knowledge of Michelin-starred service and world-class hospitality
  • Ability to stand or walk for long periods of time
  • Ability to balance and carry multiple plates, glass racks, or glasses
  • Ability to lift objects up to 30 lbs
  • English fluency

Job Qualifications

  • 1+ years experience in a guest-facing, fine dining restaurant role
  • Keen understanding of Michelin-starred service and world-class hospitality
  • English fluency, additional languages preferred but not required
  • Ability to stand or walk for long periods of time
  • Ability to balance and carry multiple plates, glass racks, or glasses, and lift objects up to 30 lbs

Job Duties

  • Consistently support a culture of Enlightened Hospitality
  • Demonstrate expertise of all food and beverage menu items with sound knowledge of all ingredients and preparations
  • Consistently follow steps of service with efficiency and grace while maintaining a sense of urgency
  • Anticipate guest needs ensuring constant communication with colleagues, management, and kitchen during service
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and appearance throughout the restaurant before, during, and after service
  • Demonstrate eagerness to continue learning and professional growth
