The position available is for a Guest Services Attendant, with an hourly pay range of $19.79 to $24.72. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- Ability to lift and carry luggage and suitcases
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Physical stamina for standing and walking for extended periods
Job Qualifications

- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred

Job Duties
- Provide service to hotel guests and patrons for their comfort and convenience by transporting guest vehicles in a prompt and courteous manner to and from the parking structure
- Escort and transport luggage for arriving and departing guests in a friendly and courteous manner to and from their rooms
- Control traffic around the front entrance
- Acquaint each guest with hotel and room features and service
- Ensure safety and smooth flow of traffic near hotel entrance
- Act as a knowledgeable representative of the hotel providing information
- Assist guests with any immediate needs during arrival and departure
