Job Description
Big Canyon Country Club is a prestigious private country club dedicated to providing exceptional hospitality and memorable experiences for its members and their families. Situated in a beautiful setting, the club fosters a culture centered on the growth and development of its team members, encouraging personal and professional advancement. With a commitment to creating an inclusive and welcoming environment, Big Canyon Country Club prioritizes service excellence and attention to detail to ensure members enjoy a superior dining and recreational experience. The club offers a variety of amenities, including fine dining options, social events, and recreational activities, all curated to meet the high standards expected by its members.
The Front Server position at Big Canyon Country Club is a seasonal, part-time role designed to assist during the busy holiday season, with a projected end date of January 2nd, 2026. This role involves interacting directly with members to take food and drink orders, provide information about daily specials, and maintain table settings throughout service. The position requires excellent multitasking skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to maintain a courteous and professional demeanor at all times. Given the club's non-gratuity policy, Front Servers are expected to deliver outstanding service driven by genuine hospitality and commitment to member satisfaction, rather than gratuity incentives. This role is ideal for individuals who have experience in fine dining and wine service, can work cooperatively with kitchen staff and management, and who thrive in a high-paced, guest-focused environment. The role includes duties such as responding to member inquiries, ensuring special dietary needs are met, accurately recording orders in the POS system, and preparing dining rooms for service. Experience in wine and spirits service along with knowledge of service etiquette are critical to success in this role. The Front Server will have the opportunity to contribute to member enjoyment while representing the club’s high standards of hospitality.
