Job Requirements

  • Previous customer service experience required
  • Ability to do wine service at table side
  • Must have intermediate knowledge of service styles and etiquette
  • Must have previous knowledge on a Point of Sale system
  • Must be available to work weekends, evenings, holidays and special events
  • 2+ years of serving experience preferred
  • Fine dining experience preferred

Job Qualifications

  • Ability to do wine service at table side while maintaining professionalism and engaging in conversation with members
  • Intermediate knowledge of service styles and etiquette such as appropriate table settings, the sequence of service, and wine service
  • Previous knowledge on a Point of Sale system (POS)
  • 2+ years of serving experience preferred
  • Fine dining experience preferred
  • Possess a professional and courteous demeanor when interacting with all departments and members

Job Duties

  • Must have knowledge of a la carte dining as well as wines and spirits service
  • Must have a basic understanding of wines and spirits
  • Responds to member inquiries about food preparation, cocktails, courses, and chef specialties, all while accurately recording their orders
  • Identifying members’ special dietary needs and special requests in the POS
  • Keep kitchen staff informed by noting timing of meal progression in the POS
  • Running food from expo line to tables and bar
  • Maintains table setting by removing courses as completed, replenishing utensils, and refilling water glasses
  • Ensure that the members are completely satisfied with the food served
  • Accurately charge members for items purchased
  • Prepare room for dining by polishing silver, setting decorations, condiments, candles, napkins, service plates, and utensils
  • Additional duties as assigned by supervisor or manager
