Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- One year of relevant office experience or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
- Good phone etiquette
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and exercise independent judgment
- Ability to work a flexible schedule
- Typing speed of 40 net words per minute or greater
- Ability to operate standard office equipment
- Strong communication skills

Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Maintain the confidential nature of client and business information per departmental standards and laws
- Answer incoming phone calls and redirect or refer inquiries appropriately
- Receive and relay messages in paper or electronic format
- Greet clients and visitors and provide information and directions
- Notify staff when clients or visitors arrive
- Handle payments, issue receipts, and account for monies
- Obtain information for completion of forms and documents
- Maintain and monitor computer information systems and video cameras
- Develop and maintain filing systems according to standards
- Prepare and close the office as needed
- Assist with projects and programs
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Attend training and meetings
- Perform specialized clerical assignments with minimal supervision
