Job Requirements
- At least two years' experience working in front desk or receptionist roles
- Strong passion for guest service and going above and beyond for guests
- Effective teamwork and collaboration skills
- Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Solution-oriented approach to problem solving
- Physical ability to stand, sit, walk, bend, lift, and squat for extended periods
- Willingness to work minimal travel outside property
- Hourly pay between 15.81 and 30.94 USD depending on market and experience
Job Qualifications
- Minimum two years of experience in front desk or receptionist roles
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Proficiency with electronic reservation systems and hotel management software
- Problem-solving and solution-oriented mindset
- Physical ability to perform job duties including standing, walking, bending, lifting, and squatting
Job Duties
- Assist guests in the check-in and check-out procedure
- Work proficiently on the hotel electronic reservation system and other computer programs
- Handle all financial matters including credit card and cash transactions securely and accurately
- Anticipate guests' needs and maximize guest experience
- Work collaboratively with team members to foster a hospitable customer-focused environment
- Ensure accurate and hospitable handling of guest reservations, payments, and check-outs
- Maintain compliance with hotel safety programs, emergency and security systems
