The role of Front Office Supervisor is vital within OTO’s property management team. Reporting directly to the General Manager, this hourly position offers an engaging opportunity to support front desk operations and enhance the guest experience at the property level. The Front Office Supervisor is responsible for ensuring the highest standards of hospitality and operational efficiency at the front desk, acting as the primary point of contact for guests during their check-in, stay, and check-out processes.

This position requires a dynamic professional who excels in customer service, embraces teamwork, and demonstrates proficient use of hotel electronic reservation systems and other computer programs.
