Job Requirements
- Must have previous experience in hotel guest services
- Strong leadership, communication, and relationship skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including early mornings, late nights, weekends, overnights, and holidays
- Knowledge of hotel operational systems
- Ability to support Hyatt's purpose by identifying opportunities to display authentic human care
- Capable of coaching and developing other associates
- High school diploma or equivalent
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in hotel guest services
- Experience and thorough understanding of guest services
- Refined verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and organize work assignments
- Knowledge and experience with operations systems such as Opera, Colleague Advantage, Medallia, HOTSOS, HySat
- A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible schedule and shift pattern based upon hotel business needs
Job Duties
- Lead front office agents responsible for guest registration process and communication of hotel services and promotions
- Coach and provide direction to team members
- Support senior leadership by handling scheduling, payroll, and interviewing
- Ensure smooth day-to-day front desk operations
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues efficiently
- Process various forms of payment accurately
- Contribute to creating meaningful and positive guest experiences
