Job Requirements

  • Must have previous experience in hotel guest services
  • Strong leadership, communication, and relationship skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours including early mornings, late nights, weekends, overnights, and holidays
  • Knowledge of hotel operational systems
  • Ability to support Hyatt's purpose by identifying opportunities to display authentic human care
  • Capable of coaching and developing other associates
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience in hotel guest services
  • Experience and thorough understanding of guest services
  • Refined verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize and organize work assignments
  • Knowledge and experience with operations systems such as Opera, Colleague Advantage, Medallia, HOTSOS, HySat
  • A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexible schedule and shift pattern based upon hotel business needs

Job Duties

  • Lead front office agents responsible for guest registration process and communication of hotel services and promotions
  • Coach and provide direction to team members
  • Support senior leadership by handling scheduling, payroll, and interviewing
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day front desk operations
  • Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues efficiently
  • Process various forms of payment accurately
  • Contribute to creating meaningful and positive guest experiences
