Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum 2 years supervisory experience in luxury hospitality front office
  • excellent communication skills
  • strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • proficiency with property management systems
  • ability to lead and coach teams

  • flexibility to work varied shifts including holidays and weekends

Job Qualifications

  • minimum of 2 years of progressive supervisory experience in front office or rooms division operations within luxury or forbes-rated hotels
  • degree in hospitality management, hotel administration, or related field preferred
  • passion for delivering intuitive, personalized service aligned with luxury brand standards
  • exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • strong operational organization and multitasking abilities
  • proficiency in billing accuracy, reservation management, and microsoft office suite
  • familiarity with reservation systems
  • comfortable using property management systems and digital concierge tools
