Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a supervisory or leadership role in hospitality
- Ability to work flexible shifts including mornings and evenings
- Strong customer service skills
- Excellent organizational and communication abilities
- Ability to handle guest issues effectively
- Must be able to maintain a professional appearance
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and hotel management software
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in hospitality or hotel front desk operations
- Leadership or supervisory experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage and motivate a team
- Proficiency in scheduling and administrative tasks
- Familiarity with Marriott service standards
Job Duties
- Hold pre-shift stand-up meetings with staff prior to reporting to stations
- Live by example before staff with the hosting Marriott culture
- Be prepared for each daily activity and review any variations with manager and staff
- Ensure all associates are aware of role and responsibilities and operate within their guidelines
- Communicate daily with department manager and manager on duty to assure consistency and pass-on of pertinent information
- Consistently document variations in associate's performance and provide timely counseling
- Ensure staff is properly groomed and uniformed at all times
