As part of the renowned Marriott International family, this hotel combines top-tier amenities, excellent customer service, and a prime location to offer guests a memorable stay whether they are visiting for business or leisure. The property prides itself on fostering a culture of engagement, exploration, and discovery, emphasizing the development of its team members and the continual improvement of service standards. This environment cultivates professional growth and rewards dedication, making it not just a place to work but a career destination within the hospitality industry.

We are currently seeking a Front Desk Supervisor to join our dynamic team. This leadership role is pivotal in providing direction and management for the Front Desk, the AYS (Assistance Your Stay) team, and the Concierge Lounge. The Front Desk Supervisor is responsible for training, motivating, and supervising the team to uphold the highest standards of guest hospitality and operational efficiency. This position requires a proactive individual who can lead by example, ensuring all front desk operations run smoothly and exceed guest expectations. The supervisor will play a crucial role in influencing the hotel’s service index and overall guest satisfaction, directly impacting guests’ likelihood to return.

This role demands strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously. Tasks include holding pre-shift meetings, coordinating with management and other departments, managing staff schedules, and maintaining a clean and professional work environment. The supervisor is tasked with addressing guest issues promptly and effectively, fostering a positive and productive team atmosphere, and maintaining accurate records including logs and inventory. Candidates must be ready to work flexible shifts, including both morning and evening, as scheduling depends on hotel volume and cannot be fixed weekly.

The position offers a competitive wage of $20.00 per hour and comprehensive benefits that support employees’ health, financial security, and work-life balance. Emphasis is placed on creating a welcoming culture where employees are equipped and encouraged to excel in their roles, contributing to Marriott’s legacy of service excellence. If you are passionate about hospitality and eager to lead a dedicated team in a fast-paced environment, this opportunity at Augusta Marriott offers a compelling career path with room for growth and development within one of the world's leading hotel brands.
